Atlanta, GA, October 25, 2021 – CultureWorx, the world’s first business culture performance management system and software, announced today that Dr. Donte Vaughn, has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, after serving as Chief Culture Officer. Dr. Vaughn is recognized in the growing space as a premier business culture performance management expert and thought leader.
Dr. Vaughn founded the company with Sean Hart and Randall Powers earlier this year, and will remain a Managing Partner. He is an expert in organizational leadership, workforce management, and company culture, bringing nearly 20 years of global experience in the design and implementation of business growth and leadership strategies for companies in both the public and private business sector.

Dr. Vaughn studied at Drexel University and the University of Phoenix, where he received a BS in Business Administration & Management and master’s degree in Management/Organizational Leadership. He is a Doctor of Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership & Culture, and serves as an Adjunct Business Faculty Member for American Intercontinental University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, National Speakers Association, National Small Business Association – Leadership Council, and the National Business Educators Association.
